Rose water is known for its sebum-balancing properties. Topically, rose extract has validated anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antioxidant properties.
Lemon helps rejuvenate skin and heal the body via its vitamin C and antioxidant contents.
Keep cool and enjoy xx
1 cup vegan coconut yogurt
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon rose water (optional)
A splash of lemon juice
1/2 cup raspberries
In a medium bowl mix coconut yogurt, 1tbsp maple syriup, rose water and lemon juice together
In a small saucepan gently simmer raspberries and 1tbsp maple syrup for about 3 minutes (do not stir).
Divide the raspberry mixture between the ice pop molds. Gently tap molds on countertop until raspberries fall to the bottom of the molds.
Fill the rest of the mold with the yogurt mixture. Let them set for about an hour or until completely set.
Remove raspberry yogurt popsicles from the freezer and serve.
