Breast cancer made me vegan.

When I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I made a promise to completely reinvent myself and remove all the toxins from my life.

I quit my high-stress job, became a health & wellness coach, reconnected with nature, started meditating daily, and adopted a vegan diet. I was amazed at the immediate difference it made in my health, my energy levels, and the glow of my skin.

I've been vegan for about 20 years and I have tried so many different recipes over the years... but here are a few of my favorites!
