You will always find chia seed pudding in my fridge. It makes for a sweet breakfast or late night desert.
Chia seeds are full of antioxidants, omega-3 fat and fiber, making it a favorite eating for beauty ingredient.
For the chia pudding:
3 cups unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup chia seeds
1-3 tablespoons of pure maple syrup, to taste
Pure maple syrup
Nuts and seeds
- Whisk the almond milk, chia seeds, and sweetener together in a large bowl. Let sit for 5-10 minutes and then whisk again to prevent it from clumping.
- Cover and chill in the fridge for at least three hours (overnights recommended).
- Stir well before serving. Leftovers will keep in an air-tight container in the fridge for 3-5 days.
