Spicy Kale Chips

When baked perfectly, kale chips make the perfect crispy healthy chip alternative.

Kale is extremely high in fiber, calcium, iron, vitamins A, C & K and antioxidants and is an excellent anti-inflammatory veggie.

Some tips to keep in mind when making these delicious homemade kale chips:
+Make sure to remove all stems and tear the leaves into large pieces
+A little bit of coconut (or olive) oil goes a long way
+Spread kale pieces into a single layer on large baking sheet
I promise one batch is not enough....I would plan on making 2 or 3 ;)

Ingredients:

1 head of kale
coconut oil
sea salt
cayenne pepper

How-To:

1. Remove stem from kale.
2. Add kale to baking sheet.
3. Lightly sprinkle or spray with coconut oil.
