ROSE QUARTZ COLORED MACA LATTE

What makes the Crystal Colored Maca Latte so special aside from its color, is its adaptogen ingredient - maca powder. Maca is rich in antioxidants and helps enhance energy and estrogen levels. Beetroot not only adds the pretty pop of color to your drink but also contains nutritious fiber, potassium, and calcium. It provides a hint of sweetness while being low in calories.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk plus ½ cup extra for foaming
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1 tsp beetroot crystals
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 pinch pink himalayan salt
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ ground ginger
- 1 tsp honey (or sweetener of choice)
HOW-TO:
1. In a blender add all ingredients, except for the ½ cup of almond milk, and blend until smooth.
2. Add remaining almond milk into a glass and foam with preferred method of foaming.
3. Pour mixture into a cup or mug, top with foamed milk, and sprinkle extra ground cinnamon or ginger!
