Peach & Plum Overnight Oats

We’re always looking for different ways to add summer fruit into our routine. Peaches and plums are some of our favorites to stay refreshed when spending time in the sun and, luckily for us, they are full of necessary nutrients and currently in season. Did you know that peaches and plums are packed with Vitamin C? This means that they have great anti-aging benefits and are perfect to help counteract the effects of too much sun exposure. Here’s a nourishing breakfast or afternoon snack that’s easy, extremely tasty, and bursting with summer goodness!


¾ cup Rolled Oats

2 tbsp Chia Seeds

1 Cup Almond Milk

½ Peach

½ Plum

Hemp Seeds (optional)




  1. In a sealable container, mix Oats, Chia Seeds, and Milk well.
  2. Seal and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Top with fruit and any other toppings you like and serve!
