1 cup spinach
¼ cup fresh mint
1 cup pineapple, frozen
2 tablespoons aloe vera juice, or a 2-inch fillet straight from the plant
½ inch fresh ginger, peeled and minced
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
1 lime, peeled
¾ cup coconut water
2 teaspoons honey (if you like it sweet)
