With the weather turning I always find myself craving more green smoothies than usual. What I love about a green smoothie is it’s not only an amazing way to get your day off to a healthy start, but you can create so many different delicious combinations!
Below is my guide to Building Your Own Green Smoothie. Based on what you are craving that day and what your body needs (protein, fiber, etc). you can tweak it to perfection! And for the same reason I like to stick to simple whole foods in my diet, I also like to make sure my skin products are made with natural ingredients.

Step 1: Choose a Liquid
- Almond Milk
- Cashew Milk
- Oat Milk
- Coconut Water
Step 2: Pick a Protein
We love using Plant Based proteins to add to our smoothies!
Step 3: Add In Some Greens
- Swiss Chard
- Collard Greens
Step 4. Add In Some Fresh or Frozen Fruit or Vegetables

- Cauliflower (steamed and frozen)
- Butternut Squash (steamed and frozen)
- Sweet Potato (steamed and frozen)
Step 5. Add In Some Extras
- Natural Nut Butter
- Coconut Oil
- Chia Seeds
