BAKED SPICY KALE CHIPS
When asked about #healthy snacks, kale chips are one of the greatest alternatives to basic potato chips. The best part? You won’t feel guilty after finishing the entire bowl because they are indeed very good for you.
Kale is extremely high in fiber, calcium, iron, vitamins A, C & K and antioxidants, making it the ultimate superfood of leafy green veggies. Fun fact, the ancient Greeks were thought to eat boiled kale leaves as a cure for drunkenness.
So next time you’re craving an invincible hangover snack, you know what to reach for 😉
