It's National Recycling Day! ♻️
At Odacité, we are trying our best to create a better future for our planet and we know there is always room for improvement. Currently, our products do have plastic components, but all our packaging is completely recyclable or reusable.
In addition to taking this opportunity for full transparency, we also would love to make sure that you know how to recycle different elements of your Odacité products!
All of our Pure Element Serum Concentrates use Miron Glass, which is the best glass on the market for storing skincare because it blocks out UV light which keeps the contents active longer. Our serums have a plastic top with a glass dropper that can be removed and recycled separately from the glass.
As for the Aventurine Kiss Lip Serum, the crystal applicator stone must also be removed so that the glass can be recycled properly. Make sure to save the crystal rollerball for good fortune!
Additionally, our cleansers, masques, exfoliants, and lotions are packaged in plastic or glass. Our Green Ceremony Cleanser and Synergie [4] 4-in-1 Powder Masque are housed in Miron glass, but they do have a plastic lid and small plastic scoopers.
Our Fresh Collection is in plastic packaging and can be recycled, but must be taken apart first and separated since they are made of different materials.
We are are always improving and trying our best to encompass a greener lifestyle sans les toxins. We hope you'll recycle with us!

My Trip to Paris 💗 // Paris is absolutely breathtaking at this time of year. The air is crisp and the weather just ever so slightly begins to chill as the fall season drips slowly into the city breeze and cozily settles in before winter. The energy of the holiday season looms close around the corner of busy streets where bodies dance by one another swiftly and quickly along on their way.
When I arrived in France last week, I had quite a few things on my itinerary...
First, an early start to the morning with a sunrise meditation. Even in Paris, especially in Paris, where the city looks so enchantingly beautiful as it begins to open its eyes with you, it is important to stay grounded during travel so that you wake up full of energy, passion, and gratitude for a new day to come along with beautiful experiences.
Then, a walk -- because I love to walk as much as possible in Paris-- to Galeries Lafayette for the iconic dome roof and the always impressive French architecture, but also to find some of our favorite Odacité products tucked into a chic spot in good company with other clean brands: La Beauté Galerie.
Following the ebb and flow of the city, my walk took me to the new Oh My Cream flagship store in Sentier which just opened up last week, with a charmingly eager and passionate staff that greeted me at the door with warmth.
And of course when in Paris, I must always stop for some wine and bread at least once...
Before finishing off the week with the buzzing Oh My Cream Winter Press Day in central Paris where Odacité was handpicked and highlighted alongside ten other brands to showcase our very best, including the newest addition to the Odacité family: Green Smoothie Quenching Crème.
Thank you to @ohmycream and all of the wonderful people who got to touch, play, and feel Odacité -- some for the very first time. Paris will always be my home, and I am so happy and humbled that Odacité has found a home in this beautiful city as well.
