ANTIOXIDANT VITAMIN C & E SMOOTHIE
As you get to know your UV Alphabet and we head into the summer months, we’d love to share one of our refreshing summer smoothie recipes to protect and glow your skin from within.
Antioxidants are the best way to shield yourself from free radicals (which is why it’s a focus in all our skincare products and what we eat). When looking for fruits & vegetables that will benefit your skin, Vitamin C and E are great to start! Try drinking this smoothie every morning this summer! We know you’ll love it xx
2 cups frozen mango
1 grated carrot
2 oranges, juiced
¾ cup coconut yogurt (or base of your choice!)
1. Blend all ingredients. Add ice depending on desired consistency. Enjoy!
