How do subscriptions work?
You can subscribe to selected Odacité products by clicking the subscribe button on the product page. Once you select the subscription option your product will be added to your cart just like a normal purchase and will include a 10% off discount for your first subscription. Your subsequent subscription orders will have a 15% discount applied to them. The service is easy and customizable, you can even make changes to your account whenever you need. Please note that subscription is currently offered on select products on Odacite.com

Can I use discount codes or my loyalty rewards with my subscription order?
Discounts or loyalty rewards cannot be applied to subscription items.
Subscription items are elilgible for free gift promotions.

What happens if my subscription product is out of stock? Will I still be charged?
We have prepared for the possibility that some of your favorite products may run out of stock. You will not be charged during this time and your subscription will be temporarily on hold while we monitor the product's inventory to see when it will come back in stock. Once the product has been replenished you will then be charged for the product.

How do I make changes to my subscription?
Whether you need your favorite right away or want to skip the next round, it’s easy to adjust your subscription delivery at any time! After your first subscription is placed, you can log into your account to modify your preferences. Go to the 'Subscriptions' and you will see all of your subscriptions that you currently have. If you wish to edit one of your subscriptions you can click ‘Edit’ where you can skip deliveries, change when products can be delivered , update billing and/or shipping information, or cancel subscription. How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Log into your account, Go to the 'Subscriptions' and you will see all of your subscriptions that you currently have. If you wish to edit one of your subscriptions you can click ‘Edit’.
