Ingredients:
1 heaping cup of your choice of organic berries
1 small ripe banana
3 tbsp coconut or almond milk (more if needed)
Topping Ideas:
1 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
Handful of oats
Handful of fruit
Drizzle of honey
Here's How:
1. Add berries and banana to a blender and blend until small bits remain.
2. Add your coconut or almond milk and blend again until desired consistency is reached. Scrape down the sides as needed.
3. Scoop into 2 servig bowls and top with desired toppings (optional)
4. Enjoy right away. You can also keep leftovers in the freezer.
