Free Shipping for all US orders above $49.
- USA (except Alaska and Hawaii): All orders under $49 have a flat rate fee of $5.99. Packages are shipped within 2 business days of order receipt using both USPS and UPS. Your package will arrive within 2-9 business days after it leaves our warehouse. California orders are normally delivered within 2 business days, and 3 business days for East Coast orders.
- Canada: If the product you are looking for is not carried at The Detox Market Canada, we can ship your order from our American site for a flat rate fee of $19.95. All US order prices are in USD and are subject to custom fees at the Canadian border.
- International: All international orders have a flat rate fee of $49 USD and are shipped out on Mondays and Thursdays. Please note that you need to check the importing regulations in your country, you might have to pay some taxes, custom fees and other fees and you are responsible to pay for it.
Returns & Exchanges:
We accept all returns and exchanges within 30 days from shipping date or in-store purchase. If you are returning a used item, you will be given store credit for the full amount paid for the item - including taxes. If you are returning an unused, unopened item you will be refunded the full amount.
- Please email email@example.com or call +1 (310) 857-6201 for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Clearly write your RAN on the box when you return the package to us. Once we receive your package, we will issue a store credit for used items and exchanges, or a refund for unused items (minus shipping costs). Packages sent back to us without a RAN will not be refunded. You may also return or exchange items purchased online at any of our retail stores, shipping costs will not be refunded.
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer carton to show some wear and tear; however, if there is damage to the item(s) in your shipment, notify us immediately at +1 (310) 857-6201, Monday through Friday, 10AM to 6PM Pacific Time. You may also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your order number when you call, and retain the shipping box, packaging materials and damaged items. Contact the carrier to file a complaint regarding the damaged package.
