HOW TO DRY BRUSH
Before showering or bathing, use gentle, upward strokes toward the heart — always brushing in the direction of lymphatic flow.
Start at your feet and move upward toward your legs and thighs. On your stomach, brush below the navel down toward the groin, then above the navel up toward the heart. From your hands, brush upward toward your shoulders, finishing with strokes under the arms.
